Terms of Service
We strive to get our parts shipped out to you within 3 to 5 days of placing your order. We will promptly communicate by e-mail or phone to let you know if there is any delay or if your shipment is back ordered or if it may come in multiple shipments.
If it is necessary to return your order it must meet the following conditions:
14-Day return period. Please be sure your return reaches Minibikeoutlet.com within two weeks of the date it was delivered to you (as shown on delivery company's tracking system). If we do not receive the item with into two weeks, or been notified of any delay, the item can not be returned for any refund. Please include all original packaging in good condition with your return.
In the event of our mistake we will send a call tag for mistaken items. Once the call tag has been sent the customer has 14 days to return the item, or contact us on any delay. If the tracking number is not active after 14 days, that customer will not receive a refund on his or her parts, or will have to pay for all items in their care. Minibikeoutlet.com HAS to receive the item before any new items are shipped out or refunded.
Minibikeoutlet.com is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged. This also includes Boot, Shoes, Clothing, Bedding, and Protective Clothing.
Returns on electrical parts:
As is the industry standard, Minbikeoutlet.com is not able to accept returns on most electrical parts. Certain aftermarket items are exempt from this condition - please contact us before returning electrical items.
Returns on all tires:
All tire sales are final! No returns are accepted, no credit will be given for returned tires.
In some cases restocking fees will apply.
In most cases Minibikeoutlet.com will credit you for 100% of the merchandise value (including sales tax for orders shipped within CA) on all aftermarket parts and accessories that meet our return conditions listed above.
If you choose to return a product for reasons other than damage in shipping or mistaken product recieved you may be assesed a restocking fee of up to 25% of the total order. If you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping or because of a mistake made by the manufacturer or Minibikeoutlet.com, please contact us and we will assist you - in these cases no restocking fees will apply and we will cover the return shipping expense. Just send an email and we will reply to you promptly to help you in your return request.
